Fundraising Goals for 2026/27
BRING MORE COLOUR & CUBBER PRIDE TO ÉCOLE NOTRE DAME ELEMENTARY SCHOOL!
This year, the Cubbers Fundraising Association is excited to focus our fundraising efforts on enhancing two important spaces at École Notre Dame Elementary School — our school entryway and gymnasium!
Our goal is to add bright, colourful murals that celebrate our school identity, create a welcoming environment, and bring some extra energy and school spirit to the spaces our students use every day.
The EntrywayThe first thing students, families and visitors see when they walk through our doors! We want it to feel colourful, welcoming and unmistakably Notre Dame.

The GymnasiumA space where our Cubbers learn, play, celebrate and come together. Our goal is to transform the walls with artwork that reflects Cubber pride, movement, positivity and school spirit.
Throughout the 2026/27 school year, you'll see a variety of Cubbers fundraisers supporting this project. Every order, donation, volunteer shift and share helps us get closer to transforming these spaces for our students.

Cubbers Meetings
Third Tuesday of each month at 7pm

Cubbers Fundraising Association is a Non-Profit Fundraising Association made up of a group of volunteers including parents, extended family, guardians, friends, and community members.
The funds raised are directed to École Notre Dame Elementary School
to support and enhance the educational experiences of its students.

Fish Tanks & Prize Box
June 2026
Cubbers purchased two fish tanks and prize box for students’ Small Acts of Kindness. -
Latte Love for Teachers
October 2025
School Council delivered 50 hand packed gift bags to teachers and staff one day prior to Teacher job action. -
Classroom Enhancements
September 2025
Cubbers provided each teacher with $100 for additional enhancements such as games, art supplies, and classroom organizers to prepare for the new school year. -
Swings
June 2025
Cubbers purchased two sets of swings for the school playgrounds using fundraising profits along with generous contributions from local supporters, including Superior Propane, Rockslide Gravel Ltd., RayDayce Construction, Grynn Contracting Ltd., B-Line Directional Drilling, and many dedicated student families who made donations. A special thanks to Elevated Surface Works for donating their time and equipment for the ground work and installation. -
Classroom Audio Systems
January 2025
Cubbers purchased wireless classroom audio systems for all 20 classrooms. -
Library Books
December 2024
The Miskie family donated 110 French Language Books & 3 French Language Board Games to the École Notre Dame Elementary School Library!Description goes here -
Music Room
December 2024
Cubbers purchased new instruments to replace aging instruments. -
Birthday Books
September 2024
Cubbers purchased a reading book for each student to receive on their birthday. -
Teachers' Meal
October 2024
The Horrocks family donated meals for staff at the Parent Teacher Interview night. -
